An Election? Yes. A Choice? No.

As I have
written here previously, the most important event of this presidential election
has already taken place: Two, status quo, “mainstream” candidates, Mr. White
Bread and Mr. Almost White Bread, have been nominated for the presidency and
are considered the only viable and/or legitimate candidates for that office.
This is evident from the largely meaningless rhetoric that has characterized
the “campaign” so far. And if you want more evidence, consider the following
